The service at Coco Unlimited was exceptional - the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I had a minor issue with the room, but it was quickly resolved by the helpful and friendly staff. my experience at Coco Unlimited was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Tulum.

Everything was very good, loved our amazing stay. We have booked a double room with garden view, a spacious outdoor patio with chairs and a hammock for 8 nights. Location: the hotel was close to great restaurants, Tulum during the first weeks of May and the beach and restaurant...

The location was favourable - so close to bars and restaurants. The rooms of the hotel were air conditioned and neat with a hammock and a private bath, for instance

This hotel is an absolute gem! The value for money is outstanding, with very reasonable prices considering the amazing location directly on a beautiful beach. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the rooms on the balcony with a hammock and balloons to the extra single beds provided. The staff goes above and beyond with their outstanding service, and breakfast was a pleasant surprise - I couldn't believe how much food was included!

The location couldn't be more stunning on the shore. Besides, it was very close to restaurant and the beach with views of the turquoise water, hammock to enjoy the cool ocean breeze and the beach clubs.

Also, location was stunning and marvellous, just a short stroll away from Galeria la Llorona. Boutiques and stores were right next door. Had an impressive a double room, which allowed us to enjoy lovely view of the ocean.
